I was asked to cover a Combat Aerobics class this week. Not being a Kicker/Puncher and only teaching very simple aerobics to my Lifestylers I didn't have anything ready to teach.
So, undeterred, I pondered a while and decided a Boot Camp workout was in order: essentially aerobic/anaerobic interval training. I had a look on Choreography to Go and decided to use some of this from Jane Nicholls:
I added in upperbody and balance work with dumbells plus pressups and The Crawler (dynamic version of the plank).
It went well, I think!
